The holidays can be stressful. The pressure to find the perfect gift, get a tree, entertain family, decorate our homes, wrap gifts can be both exciting and overwhelming! And it's even more stressful this season with the rise of COVID cases in the country. During this time it's more important than ever to not only to take care of our physical health, but also our mental health! Taking the time to engage in self-care helps to reduce stress and decrease anxiety. Whether it's 15 minutes or 5 minutes, any time you dedicate for yourself can improve your mood and overall wellbeing.
