Self-Affirmations to Help you Feel Positive and Confident!




It might feel strange or silly at first, but telling yourself positive words of affirmation are shown to boost self esteem and confidence! The more we think negative thoughts about ourselves (i.e. I am not worthy, I am alone, I am not smart, I am not pretty, I am not capable), the more we believe them to be true — when in fact they are not! Instead, we need to become more aware of our negative thought patterns and replace them with positive and healthy thoughts! Here are some words of affirmation you can (and should) tell yourself whenever you notice yourself thinking negatively:

  2. I am CONFIDENT

  3. I am LOVED

  4. I am CHERISHED

  5. I am WANTED

  6. I am CAPABLE

  7. I am BEAUTIFUL

  8. I am INTELLIGENT

  9. I am BRAVE

  10. I am POWERFUL


And when you say these powerful statements, don't just tell them to yourself in your mind, look at yourself in a mirror and boldly them to your self aloud! You'll soon see how just after a few days of adopting a more positive outlook on yourself helps to improve your confidence and self esteem!
